About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle and investigate tickets related to data, reports, and metrics
- Run SQL queries to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and validate business rules
- Analyze data and reports in Power BI, supporting the interpretation of results
- Support business areas in resolving questions and understanding information
- Communicate conclusions clearly and objectively
- Track and organize requests, identifying recurring issues and opportunities for improvement in data, reports, and documentation
- Engage the responsible teams whenever necessary to resolve issues
- Support data automation and data-processing activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in data analysis
- Experience with SQL, with the autonomy to run queries and investigate information
- Experience with Power BI
- Analytical thinking and the ability to investigate and solve problems
- Strong communication, organizational, and self-management skills
- Ability to understand business rules and communicate information clearly
- Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Porto Alegre, RS, with on-site work three times per week
- Must be aware of and agree to the temporary nature of this opportunity
- Knowledge of Python (a plus)
- Knowledge of Databricks (a plus)
- Familiarity with Delta Lake and Data Lake/Lakehouse concepts (a plus)
- Knowledge of Jira (a plus)
- Experience in the insurance or brokerage sector (a plus)
- Experience working with cooperatives and business areas (a plus)
