Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Planning, conducting, and analyzing usability testing
  • Conducting benchmarking to evaluate solutions and identify best practices in digital products
  • Strong command of mixed-methods research, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches according to the objectives of each study
  • Ability to consolidate findings and turn them into clear recommendations for Design, Product, and Technology
  • Autonomy in conducting studies and strong communication skills to present results and support the prioritization of improvements
  • Availability for hybrid work, with on-site attendance three days per week
  • Must reside in the city of São Paulo or Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul
