About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, design, and execute manual and automated tests, taking functional and non-functional requirements into account
- Develop and maintain test automation using different techniques and methodologies
- Execute voice and text tests, where applicable
- Create and execute test cases, identifying and recording failures and issues
- Perform retesting and track defect resolution according to priorities and deadlines
- Conduct API, performance, and integration testing
- Use automation and testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver, JMeter, Postman, and Robot Framework
- Support the execution of continuous integration pipelines using Azure DevOps CI/CD
- Collaborate with development teams and other areas involved in the quality process
- Work within agile methodologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Hold at least one of the following certifications, or an equivalent: ATC – Certified Test Analyst (IBQTS); CBTS – Brazilian Software Testing Certification (ALATS); CTFL – Certified Tester Foundation Level
- Experience with manual testing and test automation
- Strong knowledge of software testing techniques and methodologies
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Postman, Robot Framework, and JMeter
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of C#, .NET, or JavaScript
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)
- Analytical skills, organization, and strong communication skills
- Preferred: CTAL-TAE, CTAL-TA, or CTAL-TM certifications; experience in financial services or credit projects; experience with API testing and system integrations; knowledge of test automation strategies and continuous improvement of quality processes
