About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze requirements and user stories, collaborating to clearly define acceptance criteria
Plan, structure, and execute manual and automated test cases and scenarios, including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
Create, enhance, and maintain test automation for mobile applications (Android and iOS), as well as front-end and back-end/API testing
Record and document comprehensive evidence of executed tests, including screenshots, logs, and screen recordings, and report bugs clearly and with thorough detail
Use artificial intelligence tools in day-to-day work to improve productivity, automation, and delivery quality
Actively participate in the squad’s Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Planning, Refinement, and Retrospectives
Work closely with developers, Tech Leads, the Product team, and other QAs to ensure continuous product quality
Support the continuous improvement of Quality Engineering practices, pipelines, and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in quality assurance and test automation
Hands-on experience automating mobile tests with Appium, supported by Android Studio and Xcode
Experience with testing frameworks and approaches such as Robot Framework and Cucumber (BDD)
Knowledge of planning and executing tests across multiple levels, including mobile, web, and APIs
Practical experience with and familiarity with Agile methodologies and ceremonies, including Scrum and Kanban
Investigative curiosity, critical thinking to identify the root causes of defects, organization, and attention to detail
Interest in and openness to adopting generative AI tools in day-to-day work, while applying critical judgment for validation and taking care with sensitive data
Knowledge of integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Previous experience in healthcare/healthtech or telecommunications projects
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
