About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the evolution of the VoC platform’s data governance model.
- Serve as an integration point between business, architecture, governance, and data engineering teams.
- Support the definition and maintenance of Data Contracts.
- Contribute to defining and monitoring quality, availability, and data product consumption metrics.
- Collaborate on the ownership, classification, and cataloging of data assets.
- Use Atlan to query, catalog, and disseminate data knowledge.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and planning activities with product and technology teams.
- Support the development and evolution of data products based on Data Mesh concepts.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical deliverables.
- Monitor initiatives related to Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), sensitive data, and governance best practices.
- Support the documentation of processes, workflows, and responsibilities related to data assets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Products.
- Knowledge of Data Mesh and data product concepts.
- Experience with data catalogs and metadata management.
- Experience with Atlan or similar Data Catalog tools.
- Knowledge of modern data architecture and cloud environments.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of data quality and governance processes.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Knowledge of AWS.
- Knowledge of Python.
- Knowledge of GitHub.
- Knowledge of Agile processes.
- Knowledge of SAFe 4.5.
- Knowledge of Data Contracts.
- Knowledge of Data Lineage.
- Knowledge of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
- Knowledge of Data Quality.
- Knowledge of Data Lake / Lakehouse architectures.
- Preferred: experience with Customer Analytics or Voice of the Customer (VoC) initiatives.
- Preferred: experience in large enterprise environments.
- Preferred: knowledge of the Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers in data platforms.
- Preferred: experience working with Data Engineering and Analytics.
