About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Product Owner in managing, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Gather, organize, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as Planning, Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Track feature development in collaboration with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, and Data teams.
- Support the validation and acceptance testing of deliverables before they are released to production.
- Ensure that requirements are well-detailed, prioritized, and aligned with product objectives.
- Facilitate communication among business, technology, and other stakeholders.
- Gather feedback from users, internal customers, and partner teams to support continuous product improvement.
- Support the monitoring of metrics, incidents, bugs, and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to the documentation of processes, workflows, business rules, and features.
- Support communication about releases, enhancements, and new features.
- Prepare reports and presentations on product progress, results achieved, and areas requiring attention.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Product Owner or in roles related to the management and evolution of digital products.
- Experience managing, refining, and prioritizing product backlogs.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and participation in ceremonies such as Planning, Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary technology teams, including Engineering, QA, UX/UI, and Data.
- Knowledge of deliverable validation, feature acceptance testing, and acceptance criteria definition.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business, technology, and other involved teams.
- Knowledge of metric monitoring, feedback analysis, and the identification of improvement opportunities.
- Knowledge of chatbots, their interaction flows, and functionalities.
- Experience building, evolving, or maintaining products that use chatbots.
- Experience documenting processes, workflows, and business rules.
- Knowledge of product metrics and results tracking.
- Availability for a hybrid work arrangement: on-site once a week in Vila Nova Conceição, São Paulo, SP.
