About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the organization, validation, and quality assurance of social media performance data across platforms
  • Assist with maintaining consistent data classifications and measurement frameworks for social reporting and analysis
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, consistency, and usability
  • Help build, test, and optimize automated workflows for efficient and scalable social data management
  • Conduct quality assurance of automated processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Support recurring and ad hoc social performance reporting
  • Pull, organize, and analyze social data to answer questions about content, platform, and audience performance
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in social performance data
  • Translate analytical findings into clear takeaways, visualizations, and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Social team on projects improving how social performance is measured and understood

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Data Science, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets
  • Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Curiosity about social media, digital content, audience behavior, and performance measurement
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube
  • Familiarity with social analytics tools including Emplifi, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and native platform analytics
  • Interest in automation, AI, or emerging applications of technology within marketing and analytics
  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, filters, and pivot tables
  • Ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies and investigate potential causes
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a fast-paced team
  • Proof of enrollment in an internship course or confirmation of school credit after time worked is required
