About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produce solution architecture and technical design documentation
- Design agents, knowledge strategies, tool definitions, and orchestration patterns
- Define Dataverse data models and integration specifications
- Establish security, governance, and responsible AI controls
- Develop environment strategies and deployment pipelines
- Create evaluation datasets, test plans, acceptance criteria, and validation results
- Create monitoring dashboards, operational procedures, and consumption estimates
- Develop deployment plans, support guides, and knowledge-transfer materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–12 years of experience in enterprise application development, technical consulting, or solution architecture
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including architecture or technical leadership responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering Copilot Studio agents integrated with enterprise knowledge and business systems
- Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, and Power Platform solution architecture
- Experience with conversational design, generative AI grounding, agent tools and actions, and human approval patterns
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, role-based access, data policies, and enterprise security requirements
- Experience architecting REST API integrations, custom connectors, and Azure-based extensions
- Practical knowledge of application lifecycle management, source control, deployment pipelines, and environment management
- Ability to assess performance, platform limits, licensing, capacity, and consumption considerations
- Experience leading technical workshops, architecture reviews, and client-facing delivery
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
