About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage inbound billing of legal matters, law-firm records, rates and invoice workflows in Bill ReviewIQ
- Ensure accurate data, clear audit trails and responsive support for claims teams, TPAs and legal vendors
- Help administer invoice appeals
- Produce programme reporting
- Support onboarding and system changes
- Support the legal bill review programme across UK, US and EU claims portfolios
- Report to the Claims Vendor Management leader
Requirements
What you’ll need- some relevant experience in legal billing and legal operations
- Experience in a claims operations, procurement or vendor management background within insurance, financial services or another regulated environment is beneficial
- Strong hands-on experience with legal e-billing or bill-review platforms
- Experience reviewing legal invoices against agreed rates and billing rules
- Experience maintaining firm and timekeeper data
- Experience managing invoice exceptions
- Confidence working with law firms and internal stakeholders
- Highly organised
- Comfortable using Excel for reconciliations, reporting and analysis
