Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant / Delivery Team Lead
  • Support Oracle EBS HCM and Oracle SaaS/Fusion HCM projects
  • Lead delivery across multiple projects
  • Work on Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, Performance Management, iRecruitment, ORC, OLM, OTL, and Talent Management
  • Perform or support Oracle EBS Health Checks, upgrades, and rollout projects
  • Engage on a fully remote/offshore basis for a 12-month contract

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of experience
  • Experience with Oracle EBS HCM and Oracle SaaS/Fusion HCM
  • Professional English (mandatory)
  • Arabic is an advantage
  • Core HR and Payroll
  • Self-Service
  • Performance Management
  • iRecruitment and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
  • Oracle Learning Management (OLM)
  • Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
