About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Temporarily support a project to reorganize and implement the IT Asset Management process on the ServiceNow platform
- Support the definition of the future-state process
- Perform functional validation of configurations developed by the vendor
- Execute the testing required for solution acceptance
- Work on a temporary 5-month project, with the possibility of continuation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Experience analyzing, designing, documenting, and improving IT processes
- Experience gathering and validating functional requirements and business rules
- Experience preparing and executing functional tests, including recording evidence and defects
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills when working with technical teams and vendors
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage activities against defined deadlines
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform
