About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect and build the heart of the Compyl platform
Design intelligent Agentic AI systems that autonomously manage, remediate, and plan GRC workflows
Build autonomous-action systems within the C#/.NET and Blazor ecosystem
Design scalable systems capable of handling complex state and AI orchestrations
Build highly interactive UIs
Ship code daily and own features from the IDE through production
Proactively address technical debt and clean up nullable warnings
Maintain quality, performance, and security standards
Follow frontend and API rigor, including component-specific SCSS and OpenAPI documentation standards
Collaborate with a team building a security, compliance, and automation SaaS platform

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep mastery of the .NET ecosystem, C#, CQRS, and Onion Architecture
Proven experience building agentic workflows and orchestrating LLMs to take action, parse structured data, and execute multi-step logic safely
Strong experience with Blazor WebAssembly/Server
Understanding of component-driven architecture and strict separation of logic (.razor.cs)
AI-Native Workflow Proficiency in Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex is mandatory
Ability to work in high-velocity environments while maintaining architectural guardrails
Adherence to component-specific .scss styling with no inline styling
Adherence to OpenAPI 3.1.1 standards
Mandatory XML documentation for all public endpoints
Experience with automated testing using Playwright
Ability to work remotely in the USA
