About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee end-to-end order execution and daily operational work for key retail customers
Lead collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment strategy and execution
Monitor performance metrics and develop recommendations to improve service and operational efficiency
Interpret data to identify risks and opportunities and communicate actionable insights to leadership
Lead team members and partners through planning initiatives
Define business processes and implement improvements
Complete projects on time, within budget, and with high quality
Manage direct reports, including hiring, training, performance management, and development
Develop team capabilities through coaching, feedback, and structured development opportunities
Lead and support outsourced partners across geographies
Act as an escalation point to resolve conflicts and remove barriers
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture aligned with Conagra’s values

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business related field
3+ years of supply chain experience
3+ years people management experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and planning skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to prioritize multiple activities simultaneously
Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office), including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to lead change in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment
Proven strategic and critical thinking skills
Up to 15% travel required
