About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advising and supporting project developers, manufacturers, designers, and construction companies on circular construction and deconstruction projects
- Supporting R&D projects
- Planning and ensuring the smooth delivery of complex client projects
- Leading the project team and project partners throughout the process
- Providing proactive, solution-oriented technical and process consulting, for example on DGNB or BNB certifications
- Monitoring project controlling, budget utilization, and resource planning
- Identifying opportunities for reuse and developing innovative solutions
- Proactively maintaining client relationships to develop new projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Substantial professional experience delivering projects for clients in the construction and real estate sectors
- Relevant certification experience; ideally, certification as a DGNB Consultant/Auditor or BNB Coordinator
- Proficiency with commonly used LCA software and databases, such as OneClick LCA, CAALA, eLCA, or ÖKOBAUDAT
- Knowledge of life-cycle assessment in accordance with DIN EN 15978
- Ability to independently create compelling client presentations
- Confident writing of publications, reports, documentation, and manuals presenting project results
- Experience coordinating stakeholders and communicating on an equal footing
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
