About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Optimize and maintain online shops for the digital presentation of reusable building materials
Update and maintain online shops and the company website
Prepare and upload projects, including data matching and quality checks
Maintain material data manually and in a structured manner
Process and coordinate sales inquiries
Support the Sales team in advising customers on purchase and sales inquiries
Work closely with the team to optimize processes and develop new ideas

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally in Marketing and/or Sales
Experience maintaining online shops or e-commerce platforms
Interest in or basic knowledge of building components and materials, or the motivation to learn
Structured and meticulous approach to work, including when performing repetitive tasks
Excellent communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset
Enjoy interacting with customers and service providers
Initiative and willingness to learn new systems quickly
Confident communication skills in German and English
Available to work up to 20 hours per week during the academic term
