About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Customer and Engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy the Conduit platform
  • Address customers’ most complex challenges
  • Work directly with analysts and operators to train and mentor users
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Create innovative use cases
  • Deliver one-on-one desk-side training to analysts
  • Conduct classroom training sessions for analysts and operators
  • Address user inquiries and collaborate with Engineering to resolve technical issues
  • Provide user feedback to Engineering to enhance the product
  • Directly support users around the globe and drive successful outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required at time of hire
  • US citizenship required; green card holders cannot be considered and visa sponsorship is unavailable
  • Experience configuring software platforms in support of operational processes
  • Technical background with working knowledge of software configuration, classified networks, and server administration
  • Familiarity with large language models and advanced prompting techniques
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Willingness to work on-site with customer users 4–5 days per week
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working in or supporting classified environments
  • Familiarity with help desk or technical support workflows
  • Military, Special Operations, or law enforcement experience
  • Familiarity with intelligence workflows and/or J2 users
  • Active access to CCMD and J2 customer environments, relationships, and facilities is desired
  • CI polygraph preferred but not required
