About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide end-to-end technical direction, technical governance, technical best practices, reuse of technical assets, and assignment of technical work for assigned modules
- Lead and mentor 2 to 3 people as needed
- Ensure all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and implemented
- Participate in business user/stakeholder workshops to elicit requirements, understand As-Is processes, and chart To-Be processes
- Gather and analyze requirements
- Prepare functional specification documents, unit test plans, and test cases
- Provide UAT support
- Deliver end-user training and coordinate for assigned modules
- Provide end-to-end technical assurance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Sound knowledge of Incident Management
- Significant expertise in Siebel Config, Scripting, and Workflows
- Sound knowledge of Siebel EAI (integrations)
- Experience with Siebel Open UI, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML
- Extensive experience with Siebel Workspace Management and Parallel Development
- Proficient in configuring and customizing Siebel IP19 / IP20 application or higher
- At least 2 end-to-end Siebel project implementation experiences
