About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform recurring plan administration services under senior analyst supervision
- Triage, research, and respond to participant issues involving eligibility, calculation errors, and service delivery
- Triage and research system issues to confirm adherence to requirements
- Review benefit reports, including Business Requirements Documents, and act as needed
- Process retirement benefit applications and verify information accuracy
- Research and investigate past service and related credits
- Prepare and deliver training to team members
- Work cooperatively with plan administrators to complete tasks and projects and ensure unified service delivery
- Follow and update documentation to maintain complete, accurate work papers and audit trails
- Serve as a contact for clients' human resources personnel and vendor support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Expert knowledge and 5 plus years of experience in Pension and/or Defined Benefits
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Pension calculations and Audit Support
- Experience in reporting, SQL, and Data Analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate with clients about pensions
