Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Strong organization skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong customer service mindset with clear, professional communication and the ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Pass an internet speed test: download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, and Ping ms equal to or less than 175
  • Ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
  • Must reside in Virginia; hiring is unavailable in the listed excluded states and metro areas
