Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain a strategic rebate product roadmap with timelines, investment considerations, ROI analysis, and measurable business outcomes
  • Lead end-to-end product development from concept through launch and post-launch optimization
  • Plan and prioritize initiatives, define requirements, align stakeholders, and ensure implementation readiness
  • Conduct market, client, regulatory, and competitive research to identify opportunities, operational improvements, and risks
  • Ensure rebate products support revenue growth, client retention, operational efficiency, strategic differentiation, and compliance
  • Partner with technology, finance, legal, compliance, account management, sales, and rebate operations teams
  • Establish governance routines, documentation standards, decision frameworks, and performance measures
  • Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders
  • Deliver a prioritized rebate product roadmap with measurable outcomes and leadership alignment
  • Improve the speed, consistency, and quality of rebate product execution through standardized processes and governance
  • Strengthen cross-functional alignment and contribute to business growth, client value, efficiency, risk mitigation, and product performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in rebate operations, product management, healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or a related business operations environment
  • Experience leading product strategy, product lifecycle management, roadmap development, requirements definition, and business case creation
  • Understanding of rebate administration, financial modeling, contract operations, client implementation, compliance considerations, and operational controls
  • Ability to translate market trends, client needs, regulatory requirements, and operational performance data into product requirements and execution plans
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders, facilitating decision-making, managing competing priorities, and communicating complex rebate concepts to executives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, governance, communication, and program management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, healthcare administration, finance, operations, or a related field preferred
  • Experience developing rebate product standards, operating models, controls, or scalable processes across multiple clients, markets, or business segments
  • Experience in healthcare, Medicaid, pharmacy benefit management, managed care, manufacturer contracting, or related rebate environments
  • Ability to synthesize financial, operational, compliance, and client feedback into recommendations for senior leadership
  • Demonstrated success improving product performance, operational efficiency, client satisfaction, revenue growth, or risk management outcomes
