About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Create and execute test cases for Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke, and UAT testing
Identify, document, and track defects using Azure DevOps or Jira
Perform end-to-end testing of web applications and healthcare workflows
Validate data using SQL queries and backend database testing
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners
Ensure high-quality software releases in an Agile environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-3 years of Manual Testing experience with SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
Experience in US Healthcare domain is required
Knowledge of Claims, Provider, Member, Eligibility, Benefits, Authorizations and Finance modules
Knowledge of EDI Transactions (837, 835, 834, 270/271 and 276/277)
Strong SQL knowledge for data validation
Strong experience in Web Application Testing
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Automation testing experience (Selenium/TestNG/Katalon or similar frameworks) is good to have
Java programming knowledge is good to have
API testing using Postman or similar tools is good to have
Experience with AI-assisted development/testing tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar productivity tools is good to have
