About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Create and execute test cases for Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke, and UAT testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using Azure DevOps or Jira
- Perform end-to-end testing of web applications and healthcare workflows
- Validate data using SQL queries and backend database testing
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of Manual Testing experience with SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
- Experience in US Healthcare domain is required
- Knowledge of Claims, Provider, Member, Eligibility, Benefits, Authorizations and Finance module
- Knowledge of EDI Transactions (837, 835, 834, 270/271 and 276/277)
- Strong SQL knowledge for data validation
- Strong experience in Web Application Testing
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Automation testing experience (Selenium/TestNG/Katalon or similar frameworks) is good to have
- Java programming knowledge is good to have
- API testing using Postman or similar tools is good to have
- Experience with AI-assisted development/testing tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar productivity tools is good to have
