About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop customized solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, including Customer Service and Sales modules
Lead coding, unit testing, and debugging of applications
Manage development efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects
Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
Serve as the primary technical contact for Dynamics 365 discussions
Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices and technical skills
Analyze and resolve technical issues
Perform root cause analysis and provide long-term solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–5 years of experience in a similar role
Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development
Experience leading development teams and managing complex projects
Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
Strong understanding of Azure services, integration capabilities, and application lifecycle management
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales modules
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are advantageous but not mandatory
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving approach
