About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and oversee the Total Quality Management (TQM) program.
- Ensure that service standards exceed customer expectations.
- Develop systematic approaches to quality assurance.
- Drive continuous process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the team.

Requirements
What you’ll need- You live in Turkey and are seeking a full-time work-from-home position.
- High willingness to travel occasionally for business.
- Solid experience in quality management, ideally in a BPO, call center, or service environment.
- Leadership experience.
- In-depth understanding of quality concepts, methods, and theories related to process improvement.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- Strong assertiveness and influencing skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire remote teams.
