About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead cross-functional, global teams in achieving positive outcomes for client solutions
- Plan, organize, direct, control and deliver complex projects and/or programs aligned with client expectations and business needs
- Manage projects involving multiple technology disciplines and significant business process re-engineering efforts
- Build and lead cross-functional teams
- Deliver projects on time and on budget
- Communicate project scope, goals and responsibilities to project teams
- Establish clear stakeholder expectations
- Solve complex problems requiring critical thinking
- Adhere to stringent reporting requirements
- Monitor performance in project and program control activities

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years of IT project and/or program management experience
- Direct experience with waterfall and agile project management processes and methodologies
- Stakeholder management experience
- Advanced experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, MS Project Online, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Power BI
- PMP Certification preferred
- Experience working in a contact center environment preferred
