About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in preparing workpapers and supporting documentation for quarterly and annual income tax provision requirements
- Support SOX 404 compliance activities and internal control requirements related to quarterly and annual tax provision processes
- Assist with responding to external auditor inquiries and requests during quarterly and annual audits
- Prepare workpapers supporting the consolidated federal income tax return, estimated tax payments, and other federal tax filings
- Assist with reviewing deliverables prepared by co-sourcing partners
- Research, analyze, interpret, and apply federal, state, and international tax laws to support tax filing positions
- Prepare and maintain GILTI and Subpart F calculations and related supporting documentation for U.S. international tax reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or an equivalent educational background
- Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate taxation, tax accounting, or public accounting
- Experience supporting income tax provision processes, tax compliance, and tax reporting activities
- Experience working with multinational organizations and U.S. tax regulations preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar financial systems
- Experience working with tax compliance, tax provision, and reporting software
- Ability to analyze large data sets and perform reconciliations with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams
