About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensures contract compliance where possible during the PO processing process.
- Conducts RFQ and limited reverse auctions to verify supplier, pricing and availability as required.
- Serves as point of contact and mentor for resolving complicated issues related to PO changes.
- Ensures delivery within the given time frame and quality parameters.
- Tracks and maintains project metrics and employee performance records and provides feedback.
- Executes people management responsibilities of assigned reportees such as absence approval, performance evaluation and career development guidance.
- Assists Managers in departmental initiatives and process improvement discussions.
