About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate quantitative project KPIs such as service level so intraday and intraweek operational KPIs are met and optimized.
Ensure published schedules meet organization and project-specific KPIs within policy.
Monitor intraday actuals against forecasted planning parameters and apply corrective actions for negative deviations.
Re-forecast planning parameters based on actuals.
Update intraday schedules to meet requirements for upcoming intervals.
Record events and incidents influencing forecasts and KPI realization for impact review and future planning.
Maintain published schedules by adjusting for changes to available resources or client requirements.
Manage operations across health plan functions, including plan operations, member/provider services, claims, implementation, and grievances/appeals.
Facilitate and coordinate the work of others as a team lead; may allocate work and provide guidance to junior team members.
Comply with all policies and standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
