About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the collection, consolidation, and monitoring of environmental and social indicators through the SIS Platform and SIM Usinas
- Ensure data quality, compliance with GRI guidelines, and the periodic publication of the Sustainability Report
- Manage the Private Social Investment (PSI) project portfolio, from sourcing through formalization and reporting
- Develop and support sustainability initiatives and plan corporate sustainability campaigns
- Plan and coordinate the third-party audit schedule and ensure compliance with the requirements of global certification schemes
- Manage the control and traceability system for certified products
- Promote the integration of new units and maintain ongoing relationships with affiliated mills through training, workshops, technical support, and Working Group management
- Consolidate and monitor the Sustainability department’s cost-center budgets, conducting monthly follow-up
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Specialization in Environmental Studies or a related field preferred
- At least 2–3 years of experience in the field
- Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement, with 4 days per week in our office located at Av. Nações Unidas, 14261
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- SAP experience preferred
- Intermediate or advanced English proficiency preferred
