About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Structure, design the architecture of, and optimize complex processes within the CRM, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Serve as the primary technical owner of advanced maintenance, standardization, and continuous improvement of HubSpot
Develop and implement Custom Code in Python or JavaScript within HubSpot for advanced automations, business rules, and data integrations
Create, optimize, and execute SQL queries to extract, combine, and analyze large volumes of data
Monitor and ensure global data governance by conducting audits, cleansing databases, and standardizing properties and pipelines
Create and maintain complex workflows, automation rules, and strategic segmentation to optimize Sales and Customer Success
Develop, monitor, and present advanced interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI/Metabase to support executive decision-making
Develop and deliver training, mentoring, and enablement materials on CRM usage and RevOps processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid previous experience with advanced administration, architecture, and customization of HubSpot or Salesforce (Sales, Marketing, and Operations Hub)
Technical knowledge of Python or JavaScript for CRM automation and data manipulation/integration through APIs
Knowledge of SQL for structured data queries, extraction, and analysis
Advanced experience in data governance, quality, modeling, and standardization in corporate environments
Experience creating strategic reports and interactive dashboards in Power BI, Metabase, or Google Data Studio
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and consultatively with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success stakeholders
Analytical, self-motivated, and focused on solving complex problems and driving continuous improvement
Fluency with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to RevOps, such as Claude and n8n
Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro
Experience with or knowledge of CRM UI Extensions is a plus
Practical experience with ETL, web scraping, or Big Data manipulation is a plus
Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or similar fields are a plus
Experience in or knowledge of the healthcare market is a plus
