Implement backend and frontend solutions for applications, focusing on quality, performance, best practices, simplicity, and user experience
Design and architect distributed-systems integrations with approved AI tools, including RAG and semantic search
Develop, unit test, automate testing, deploy, and monitor solutions
Enhance applications, identify improvement opportunities, make recommendations, and implement systems
Identify common problems and patterns and develop standard operating procedures
Maintain, improve, and review code through code reviews and pair programming, auditing security, performance, and architectural compliance
Define engineering guidelines, standards, and best practices for the safe and efficient use of AI assistants
Work collaboratively, seek innovative solutions, and build positive working relationships
Investigate and use new technologies when relevant
Contribute to technical and functional refinements
Provide technical guidance and mentoring in software engineering and the use of AI tools
Implement integration solutions using CI/CD and GitHub, focusing on continuous and secure delivery
Design, develop, and implement high-level integration system architectures
