About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with the life cycle of fund investments at locations worldwide
  • Register funds, analyze documents and contracts, monitor deadlines, and handle internal and external reports
  • Coordinate onboarding services for investment structures, including KYC and AML compliance
  • Open bank accounts and update associated documentation
  • Collaborate with law firms, notaries, and authorities
  • Check prospectuses, investor information, offers, and fund documents
  • Update contracts and service level agreements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements
  • Monitor regulatory disclosure and reporting obligations
  • Support cooperation with law firms, notaries, and authorities
  • Update and clean data in the private equity database and customer master data
  • Store contracts in systems and administer activities after committee meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Legal Assistant or Paralegal (CAS), or Business Lawyer (Bachelor’s or Master's Degree)
  • Professional experience as an assistant at a law firm specializing in business law, with an asset manager, or in a bank’s asset management division
  • Interest in fund investments, professional client service, and a dynamic environment
  • Analytical personality with a precise and meticulous approach to work
  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to work independently, efficiently, and under pressure
  • Interest in teamwork and mutual support
  • Interest in an international role involving analysis, organization, and coordination tasks, including multitasking
  • Ability to perform well under tight deadlines
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in communication
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • English
