Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States
  • License in a compact state, with preference for additional licenses in California and Illinois
  • Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience
  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology platforms
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with patients and interdisciplinary teams remotely
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple patient cases efficiently
  • Certification in Case Management (CCM) or Telehealth Nursing (CTN) highly desirable
  • Experience in a remote or virtual care setting preferred
  • Background managing complex chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart failure, or COPD preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements and telehealth quality standards preferred
  • Additional training or education in patient education, motivational interviewing, or behavioral health preferred
