About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and oversee all operational aspects of the school's Dual Enrollment program
- Review, monitor, and triage Dual Enrollment funding applications for completeness, compliance, and timely submission
- Audit Dual Enrollment records, course coding, funding documentation, and transcript entries
- Liaise with colleges, universities, technical colleges, and external agencies
- Coordinate transcript processing and support high school enrollment activities
- Manage student records, special records requests, and documentation
- Oversee timely and accurate Graduation Plans, including pathways and special graduation requirements
- Support summer enrollment, student placement, Success Flags, scheduling, and counselor assignment
- Manage operational data, reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets
- Coordinate state reporting and departmental data collection
- Support audits and compliance initiatives
- Develop and distribute department communications, website content, ParentSquare communications, resources, guides, and informational materials
- Develop, document, and improve departmental procedures, workflows, and cross-functional initiatives
- Provide operational leadership for counseling initiatives, special projects, audits, and compliance activities
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with school leadership and cross-functional teams
- May supervise administrative support staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or Educational Leadership from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience working with transcripts, graduation plans, and pathways
- Experience coordinating multiple complex projects with competing priorities
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop process improvements
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive student information
- Experience with Georgia Dual Enrollment programs and Georgia Student Finance Commission (GSFC) funding applications
- Expert knowledge of Georgia graduation requirements, student records, transcript procedures, and state reporting
- Experience working in K–12 education, higher education, or a public school district
- Experience supervising administrative staff or coordinating departmental operations
- Experience with Infinite Campus and educational technology platforms
- Willingness to travel throughout Georgia, including occasional overnight travel
- Ability to work occasional evening hours
- Must be able to use a personal electronic device and email account for multi-factor authentication
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds
