Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in software license compliance, software asset management, or software advisory services
  • Understanding of commercial landscapes, vendor licensing models, and the compliance audit lifecycle
  • Proven track record owning and growing a client portfolio in a professional services or advisory environment
  • Senior-level commercial relationship management experience with measurable revenue growth
  • Experience leading delivery teams in a matrix structure
  • Understanding of major software vendors’ licensing programs, including Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, IBM, or similar
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures
  • Commercially driven, with understanding of revenue, margin, and account growth
  • Confident delegation and outcome-based leadership
  • Collaborative and decisive approach
  • Growth-oriented and active in new business development
  • Quality-conscious leadership
  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
  • Established professional network within the software compliance and advisory sector
  • Relevant industry certifications are advantageous but not essential, such as ITAM, SAM, or vendor-specific compliance certifications
