About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, optimize, and validate cleaning and manufacturing processes
- Investigate particulate and film-type contamination and derive suitable improvement measures
- Plan and evaluate trials in laboratory and production environments
- Further develop requirements and standards for technical cleanliness
- Assess and optimize cleaning media, methods, and process parameters
- Investigate quality deviations and develop sustainable corrective actions
- Collaborate closely with Research & Development, Quality Assurance, and Production
- Prepare technical reports, analyses, and documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Chemistry, Technical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of inorganic chemistry, surface chemistry, or related fields
- Interest in industrial processes as well as chemical and analytical topics
- Very good German language skills
- Good English language skills
- Category B driver's license
- Willingness to travel occasionally between locations
- Knowledge of technical cleanliness, cleaning technology, surface analysis, or materials engineering is an additional advantage
