About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, optimize, and validate cleaning and manufacturing processes.
- Investigate particulate and film-based contamination and derive appropriate improvement measures.
- Plan and evaluate trials in laboratory and production environments.
- Further develop requirements and standards for technical cleanliness.
- Assess and optimize cleaning media, methods, and process parameters.
- Investigate quality deviations and develop sustainable corrective actions.
- Work closely with Research & Development, Quality Assurance, and Production.
- Prepare technical reports, analyses, and documentation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Chemistry, Technical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of inorganic chemistry, surface chemistry, or related fields.
- Interest in industrial processes as well as chemical and analytical topics.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Category B driver's license.
- Willingness to travel occasionally between company sites.
- Knowledge of technical cleanliness, cleaning technology, surface analytics, or materials engineering is an advantage.
