About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise and support clients in the areas of Business Intelligence, corporate planning, and group consolidation
Analyze business requirements in collaboration with Finance, Controlling, and Group Accounting teams
Develop concepts and solution architectures based on IBM Planning Analytics TM1
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system concepts
Model and implement OLAP solutions, reports, dashboards, and planning systems
Develop and optimize data integrations from ERP, financial, and source systems
Support client projects from conception through go-live
Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and client presentations
Provide long-term support and further development of existing client solutions
Support presales activities, solution design, and client presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field
At least 5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, financial planning, and group consolidation
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and Controlling processes
Practical experience analyzing and optimizing Finance and Controlling processes
Excellent communication skills and a confident manner when interacting with clients and business stakeholders
Analytical and structured approach to work, combined with a high degree of independence
Interest in data-driven solutions and an understanding of BI and planning systems
Fluency in German
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and workshops (approximately once per month)
Experience with IBM Planning Analytics TM1 is desirable
