About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the global event program strategy, calendar, budget, and pipeline outcomes
- Own virtual DEMOFEST and RevAMP end to end, including strategy, themes, speaker recruitment, promotion, production, and post-event analysis
- Rebuild and manage the webinar program, including content strategy, calendar, execution, and pipeline and engagement targets
- Define success criteria for each program and report results to marketing leadership and the broader GTM team
- Build and run regional field event strategy across the U.S. and Europe
- Manage first-party dinners, roadshows, customer gatherings, external events, and sponsored conferences
- Evaluate event opportunities, negotiate packages, determine participation standards, and discontinue underperforming events
- Drive pre-event, on-site, and post-event demand motions with Demand Generation and Sales Development
- Support in-person DEMOFEST planning and on-site execution with the Sr. Manager, Field Marketing
- Forecast, manage, and defend the event marketing budget
- Manage vendors, agencies, and contractors
- Build event reporting and use performance data to reallocate budget and effort
- Communicate plans, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years in event, field, or integrated marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
- Clear ownership of a program's results, not just execution
- Proven experience running both virtual and in-person events
- Experience owning at least one large-format or flagship program end to end
- Ability to connect event activity to pipeline and evaluate results
- Budget ownership, including vendor negotiation and managing spend across a multi-event calendar
- Exceptional project management skills
- Strong writing skills for promotional copy, session abstracts, and speaker communications
- Confidence working with executives, speakers, vendors, and attendees
- Fluency with marketing automation, CRM, webinar, and virtual event platforms
- HubSpot experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to travel up to 30%
