About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the portfolio vision and strategy, aligned with customer and channel needs and the objectives of the Marketing Department
- Build and prioritize the roadmap, backlog, goals, and KPIs, deciding what to introduce, enhance, or discontinue
- Guide analyses of competitors, customers, partners, trends, and opportunities
- Translate signals from the Sales team into product hypotheses and portfolio decisions
- Lead the definition of the value proposition, target audience, and expected customer experience
- Coordinate design, testing, pilot programs, and validation
- Lead projects through launch and ensure improvements throughout the product life cycle
- Coordinate analyses of IRR, profitability, risk, and assumptions with Strategic Planning
- Support pricing, rate tables, and compensation decisions
- Plan launches and monitor adoption, usage, and commercial performance by channel
- Organize governance routines, KPIs, and reports to support decision-making
- Support sales communications and ensure alignment with channels, partners, and the sales force
- Establish decision-making forums and criteria with Strategic Planning and Sales
- Lead the Management team, allocate responsibilities, and develop capabilities
- Monitor profitability, portfolio results, roadmap adherence, launch timelines, adoption, and commercial performance
- Use data and feedback to prioritize improvements, correct deviations, and recommend product enhancement or discontinuation
- Maintain collaboration with Marketing, Strategic Planning, Sales, and support functions
- Represent the Management team in governance meetings and communicate priorities, risks, results, and recommendations to leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Production Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience managing portfolios, roadmaps, product life cycles, launches, and commercial performance
- Knowledge of consortium-based financial services, pricing, profitability, and BACEN regulatory compliance
- Cross-functional experience working with Strategic Planning, Sales, and support functions
