About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operationally manage a critical business application
  • Coordinate stakeholders and keep the solution in operational condition
  • Manage the technical and application roadmap with business and technical teams
  • Prioritize and coordinate functional and technical enhancements
  • Monitor fixes and enhancement requests
  • Coordinate production releases and track deployments
  • Contribute to decisions balancing business needs, technical constraints, and production requirements
  • Anticipate obsolescence, technical debt, cybersecurity risks, and application architecture challenges
  • Manage RUN activities and ensure continued operational readiness
  • Organize and lead operational review committees
  • Coordinate business, support, development, maintenance, and operations teams
  • Track incidents, problems, defects, and associated action plans
  • Monitor service quality indicators, produce activity reports, and oversee budgeting and planning
  • Identify operational risks and track mitigation actions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of RUN and support processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of experience in RUN project management, application management, or IT product management
  • Proven experience monitoring critical applications and coordinating business and technical teams
  • Experience managing a product roadmap or working as a Product Owner / PPO is a plus
  • RUN project management, application management, and operational readiness
  • Budget monitoring, planning, and risk management
  • Multi-stakeholder coordination and facilitation of operational committees
  • Product or application roadmap management, enhancement tracking, and corrective maintenance monitoring
  • Incident, problem, and action plan management
  • Understanding of complex application environments, production, and IT operations
  • Knowledge of ITIL and awareness of obsolescence, cybersecurity, and application architecture challenges
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when tracking activities, budgets, and schedules
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and facilitate communication between business and technical teams
  • Ability to prioritize topics, anticipate risks, and ensure action plans are followed through
  • Proactive, continuous-improvement mindset, with a strong focus on service quality and application availability
