About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements to identify test scenarios suitable for automation
Design and develop automation scripts aligned with the company’s standards and best practices
Implement automated functional, API, integration, data migration, and performance tests
Leverage AI tools to generate test cases and test data and accelerate script development
Participate in the evaluation and integration of new AI solutions dedicated to testing
Contribute to the automation strategy and AI-Augmented Testing practices
Ensure the quality, robustness, and maintainability of automated tests deployed to production
Integrate and maintain tests within CI/CD pipelines
Monitor automated test campaigns and analyze execution results
Participate in incident analysis and the resolution of detected defects
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA and DevSecOps processes and the testing strategy
Support teams in adopting testing best practices and improving their quality maturity

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in demanding QA and test automation environments
Proficiency in Playwright, Cucumber/Gherkin, Postman or Bruno, Appium, Gatling, and SonarQube
Good knowledge of ISTQB and TMap methodologies, Agile, DevSecOps, and ITIL
Good knowledge of CI/CD practices
Experience with or a strong interest in generative AI tools applied to testing, including Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, and GPT
Understanding of security, compliance, and confidentiality requirements
Excellent collaborative skills
Ability to bring diverse stakeholders together around quality-related objectives
Ability to explain technical topics clearly to IT and business teams
