About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and challenge business requirements related to payment solutions and bank card management.
Manage functional topics end to end in coordination with business, product, and IT teams.
Conduct impact assessments on the Card Management System (CMS) and associated applications.
Write detailed functional specifications for development teams.
Define acceptance criteria and support development phases.
Prepare and write functional test plans.
Participate in testing campaigns, analyze defects, and track their resolution.
Provide functional support to users and stakeholders.
Produce functional documentation and deliverables for clients.
Track project progress and communicate regularly with the various stakeholders.
Contribute to the evolution and optimization of the Card Management System in an Agile environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 6 years of experience in demanding banking or card payments environments.
Strong knowledge of card payments, particularly Card Management Systems (CMS).
Good knowledge of open technology environments (Linux, Java, REST APIs) and the Cloud.
Database knowledge (Oracle or PostgreSQL) is a plus.
Knowledge of Kafka is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Experience using Jira.
English proficiency.
