Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze existing processes, business challenges, and pain points to identify improvement opportunities
Facilitate interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather, structure, and challenge their requirements
Support business teams in defining an ambitious, realistic TO-BE vision aligned with IT capabilities
Identify and assess digital solutions, innovations, and AI use cases that could deliver tangible business value
Translate business needs into clear directions and briefs for IT teams
Ensure alignment among the various stakeholders
Maintain a cross-functional view of initiatives by identifying potential dependencies, overlaps, and inconsistencies
Prepare structured presentations and deliverables for stakeholders and management
Contribute to the adoption of new solutions and ways of working within business teams
Support companies in maximizing the value of their data and infrastructure

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems Management, or a related field
Significant experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or a similar role
Experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, and business process analysis
Proficiency in interview and workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and requirements documentation
Familiarity with Design Thinking, Agile, and innovation approaches
Ability to identify and assess digital opportunities and AI use cases based on their business value and feasibility
Excellent analytical, synthesis, and conceptualization skills
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English and one of Belgium’s national languages (French/Dutch), with a good command of the other language
Curious, self-directed, and pragmatic
Strong ability to step back and take a broader perspective on issues encountered
Ability to challenge, convince, and unite stakeholders with diverse backgrounds
Solution-oriented and comfortable working in environments involving a wide variety of challenges
Ability to make complex topics simple, structured, and accessible
