About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work within the Efficiency & Management Tribe on the SICLID application, a consumer credit management platform
- Ensure the reliability, quality, and continuity of RUN operations
- Analyze the functional and technical requirements related to application enhancements
- Propose, design, and develop workaround or enhancement solutions
- Contribute to drafting and updating technical documentation
- Participate in technical discussions with other squads and cross-functional teams
- Contribute to work estimation and planning using Agile methods
- Analyze and diagnose application incidents and malfunctions
- Develop and deliver the required fixes
- Monitor the quality and compliance of processing activities
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding open tickets
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the SICLID ecosystem
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of experience in Mainframe development or in a business-critical application environment
- Proficiency in MVS, COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS, CTG, and Web services
- Experience with Agile methodologies and RUN operations
- Experience working in critical production environments
- Excellent communication and explanation skills
- Thoroughness, precision, and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills when working with internal, business, and technical squad teams
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Analytical mindset and strong service orientation
