About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather and analyze business requirements during functional workshops
  • Design and develop dashboards and performance indicators in Power BI
  • Develop Power BI solutions using DAX, Power Query, and the M language
  • Conduct unit testing and fix identified defects
  • Write detailed specifications and related documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of experience working on business intelligence projects
  • Strong command of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
  • Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, M language, Power Query, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Platform, GitLab, Jira, and Confluence
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Technical leadership and the ability to bring people together
  • Ability to mentor and support junior professionals
  • Service-oriented mindset and user focus
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach
