Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in the operation, ongoing maintenance, and evolution of the client’s messaging infrastructures

Contribute to projects involving the evolution of Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365
Automate and industrialize recurring tasks using PowerShell

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience with Microsoft Exchange
Strong command of the administration and operation of Microsoft Exchange messaging environments
Junior-level knowledge of PowerShell for automating recurring tasks
Initial knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments and solutions
Experience with maintaining operational continuity, analyzing incidents, and resolving issues
Experience participating in technical studies, infrastructure developments, and the preparation of technical documentation
Professional proficiency in English
Thorough and methodical approach to infrastructure administration and operations
Ability to collaborate with a range of technical stakeholders
Curious and proactive approach to finding solutions and improving processes
