About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the team’s point of contact for new projects, POCs, and scoping initiatives
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Lead high-level project estimates with technical teams
  • Build and maintain a 360° view of projects and the product roadmap
  • Prepare, organize, and facilitate business and internal PI Planning sessions
  • Arbitrate priorities across projects, enhancements, and maintenance
  • Oversee operational maintenance and monitor incidents and problems
  • Facilitate steering committees with the various logistics teams
  • Coordinate discussions with solution partners and maintainers
  • Ensure communication with Network, Infrastructure, Database, and other stakeholders
  • Identify, escalate, and monitor project- and operations-related alerts
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and technical capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Product Manager in a complex technical environment
  • Product ownership and backlog management (Kanban)
  • Agile / SAFe methodologies and PI Planning
  • Project management and portfolio management
  • Prioritization and arbitration of business needs
  • On-premises Linux and Windows infrastructure environments
  • GCP cloud environment
  • Knowledge of logistics environments and automated systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Assertiveness and strong decision-making skills
  • Team spirit and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to bring diverse stakeholders together
  • Service-oriented and results-driven mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
