About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather and analyze the needs of Retail business teams
- Draft requirements documents, user stories, and functional specifications
- Facilitate scoping and design workshops
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog
- Collaborate with development and testing teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Contribute to defining the product roadmap
- Support user acceptance testing and functional validation phases
- Provide functional oversight of applications in production
- Analyze and qualify issues reported by users
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business teams regarding product enhancements
- Monitor performance indicators and user satisfaction
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools
- Ensure the functional consistency of deployed solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within digital or Retail environments
- Agile Scrum / Kanban methodologies
- Backlog management and prioritization
- Writing user stories and functional specifications
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- Business process modeling
- Functional testing and issue management
- Data analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of Retail challenges and user journeys
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to bring together a wide range of stakeholders
