About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop AI solutions based on LLMs, AI agents, and RAG architectures, primarily using Python
Develop new use cases, from technical design through integration into business tools and processes
Integrate language model APIs, including OpenAI and Anthropic
Develop AI agents tailored to specific business needs
Integrate AI solutions into the Microsoft Azure cloud environment
Contribute to the evolution of existing architectures and solutions alongside technical leads
Enhance existing AI solutions to optimize the quality and relevance of generated responses
Optimize performance and manage costs associated with language model usage
Maintain deployed models and solutions and manage their upgrades
Ensure code quality and maintainability through testing, documentation, and code reviews
Apply development best practices and ensure data security

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of software development experience, including at least 1 year using Python
Initial experience with artificial intelligence projects, particularly involving LLMs, RAG, or AI agents
Python development and software solution design
Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence: LLMs, OpenAI or Anthropic API integration, RAG, and AI agents
Experience with cloud and DevOps environments: Microsoft Azure, Container Apps, AI Services, Docker, and GitLab CI/CD
Knowledge of MongoDB and PostgreSQL
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, particularly Claude Code
Strong software quality practices
Self-directed, proactive, rigorous, and able to make constructive proposals
Technically curious with the ability to learn quickly
Team-oriented, with a willingness to share best practices
